Content Relevance: Please ensure your press release is relevant to Soul of Chattanooga’s focus on urban culture, community events, local businesses, arts, entertainment, and issues pertinent to Chattanooga.
Complete Information: Include all essential details: who, what, when, where, and why. Provide accurate contact information for follow-up.
Supporting Materials: Attach any relevant high-resolution images (minimum 1200 px x 1200 px preferred), logos, or other supporting documents.
Format: Submit your press release as a Word document or plain text file.
Submission Process:
Email your press release and all supporting materials to info@soulofchattanooga.com. In the email subject line, please write “Press Release Submission.”
Review and Publication:
- Our team will review all submissions.
- Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for review and processing. We will do our best to respond to your submission within this timeframe.
- Soul of Chattanooga reserves the right to edit, modify, or decline any submission at our discretion. We are not obligated to publish every press release we receive.
- There is no guarantee of publication.
